Operating under the direction of renowned chef Yannis Baxevanis, one of the most celebrated Greek Chefs with multiple awards and acclamations (“Chef of the Future” by the International Academy of Gastronomy among them). After 5 years, he is back and is setting shop at ARK, bringing you his signature dishes, a fine example of everything that the Greek sea has to offer. With respect to our customers and their needs, most of the dishes are available in smaller portions, bringing to life a modern version of the famous meze. Along with the masterly crafted menu, our visitor will get a chance to review our exceptional wines, beers and distillates from Greek producers with small organic units across Greece.
